Legal design
Charte S-Д.holdings
Designing a body of rules for a state that takes artificial intelligence into account in its legal and institutional organisation.
Charte S-Д.holdings brings together a corpus of legal texts developed around this institutional hypothesis. Its approach is to consider institutions, rights and responsibilities together within a framework that includes artificial intelligence.

This work goes beyond stating an intention. It builds a body of rules and examines their coherence: how do rights find a place in institutions, how are powers assigned, and how do responsibilities relate to one another? Integrating AI thus becomes a question of designing the institutional system as a whole.
The work extends research into the relationships between people, organisations and artificial systems. It addresses personhood, identity and agency at the scale of a social project, connecting principles with proposed legal texts.
The version presented here is preserved as a record of this development and of the evolution of S-Д.holdings. It should be read as a prospective corpus; current project instruments are available from the Confederation. Fondation UvH presents its relevance to legal and institutional research.
