Your data,
how it is used.

The Fondation UvH website is operated by the association Üriel von Hollenweger, established in 2025. It receives requests submitted through the forms and is the controller of the associated personal data.

For any question or request about your data, contact Fondation UvH at chancellerie@uvh.foundation or by post at Domaine von Hollenweger, S-A.holdings, 1536 Combremont-le-Petit, Switzerland.

Depending on the form, Fondation UvH receives your name, email address, organisation, subject and message. A collaboration or contribution proposal may also include relevant experience, skills, motivation, availability and links to work. No file upload is requested. This information is used to review your request, reply and, where appropriate, continue the exchange.

Information is sent over a secure connection and delivered by email to the Foundation’s mailbox. It is not published or used for advertising. Requests are kept in the contact mailbox for no more than 12 months after receipt and then deleted. Access is limited to people authorised to handle requests and technical providers needed to operate the website and email.

The site has no audience analytics, advertising pixels or external maps. A strictly necessary session cookie protects form submissions and expires after one hour. The server also applies a temporary submission limit to reduce abuse. For security and service operation, the host may process technical data such as IP address, time and request. Infomaniak provides hosting and email as a technical service provider. See its data-processing information.

You may contact the Foundation to request access to information about you, its correction or deletion, within the limits of applicable law. Write to chancellerie@uvh.foundation.
